ABOUT US

Wattle Grove Veterinary Hospital was opened in 1974 by the late Tom Edwards OAM. For the first 30 years it operated as a mixed animal practice treating dogs, cats, farm animals and horses throughout the region.

Due to increasing urbanisation, in recent years we now only treat companion animals. As well as cats and dogs, we are just as likely to be presented with parrots, chickens, snakes, lizards, rats or rabbits. Wattle Grove Veterinary Hospital also has a regular case-load of rescued wildlife which we treat as a service to several local wildlife rehabilitation centres.

Our spacious and recently refurbished practice has a comprehensive array of diagnostic equipment, pharmaceuticals and facilities allowing us to diagnose, treat and hospitalise the full range of species we see.

Our team of vets (five full-time and one part-time) have over 90 years combined experience. All our nursing staff are fully qualified.

Our goal is to partner with you in making health care decisions for your pet that match your expectations and your budget.
